Character and Pedigree Information
IVY
DOB 1/18/2019
Ivy is a really great velcro dog! She loves nothing more than sitting with you on the couch, going for a walk or playing in the backyard. She is a mature lady and does not need to be busy all the time, like her younger counterparts. She is highly intelligent and would be a perfect fit for an active or relaxed person or family. If you’ve been dreaming about that perfect companion that offers a gentle, biddable demeanor, but also offers the security many look for in the German Shepherd dog, this girl might be for you.
Ivy would do well in a home with older owners who want a more relaxed life style with their companion, but also offers the possibility of doing new activities. She hasn’t lived with small children, but she would make a great family dog.
She is good with other dogs, that are confiedent and calm. We don’t have small children, but she has met a few and was good with them. Not tested with cats so I cant say what she would be like around them. She loves, loves, loves her people!
One of the reasons we’re looking for a new home for Ivy is that she is at a point in her life where she would have a very fulfilling existence with an attentive human companion that is around all the time. Ivy’s pedigree is Czech working line, which comes with high intelligence.
Ivy is spayed and is upto date on all her medical. She is current with her vaccines and is in good physical health. DM clear.
If you are interested in this pretty little black beauty, please fill out the puppy application, as that will give me a starting point for your interview. You may also call Carol at 570-517-4488. We are looking for a perfect placement for her, as her happiness and well being is the most important thing.
Ivy will only be re-homed to a very special person or family that will love and care for her as if she was a family member. We will be very discerning and require much information pertaining to prospective adopters.
There is a $500 re-homing fee.
